Application range:
Applicable for changing motorcycle tyres whose rim diameter is between 8"-18".
Product features:
Adopting semi-automatic lateral swinging arm to change tyres.
Machine functions:
1.This tyre changer is especially for motorcycle tyres.

2.The demount/mount head,made of special steel and four times harder than traditional stainless steel demount/mount head,it is life long warranty.

3.The hexagon shaft is processed by 250 ton press machine . This once forming process keeps its angle precise and stable.

4.The once forming mobile slider and design of processing machinery structure made it not easy to deform. Adjusting mobile slider to be suitable for different rim ranges.

5.The round working turnplate has synchronous centering and fine adjustment function which make the operating of tyre changer more easy and smooth.

6.The motion structure of the four automatic alignment gripping jaws on the turn plate is link mechanism, which has synchronizing function and fix center automatically when gripping from outside to inside.
7.The demount head, jaws, crowbar and spade are all equipped with plastic protectors which ensures no damage to wheel rims.
8.Bead break arm structural optimization increases the bead break or power by 1.5 times
9.Drawer pedal design makes it easy to assemble and convenient after sale service.

1. Car lift:  2 years against manufacturing defects,5 years for frame structure.
2. Tyre changer& wheel balancer: 1  year against manufacturing defects.
3. Wheel alignment machine:1 year for whole machine and 3 years for cameras & target plates.
4. Other Equipment:1 year since customer receive machine.

Q: Are you a factory?
A: LQ Machinery invested a factory with an area of 60,000 square meters, specializing in the production of various car lifts,tire changers and wheel balancers.

Q: How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC teams do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 100% final inspection before each shipment.
 
Q: May I know the Lead time?
A: Tire changer 1-5 pcs is in stock , it can arrange shippment within 7 days after receiving payment. Other machine is 15-30 days according to quantity.
