Application range:
Applicable for changing car tyres whose flatness ratio is relatively small and rim diameter is between 10"-30".
Product features:
Changing tyres of different rim diameters through adjusting changing head forward or back,when adjusted to the best position,it will be easy and smooth to change tyres and avoid hurting tyres. 
Machine functions:
1.No need the crowbar, no hurt to the rim and wheel.
2.The working head can fix position automatically and change directions quickly,it boosts speed of change tyres.
3.The high and low platens cooperate to run,it ensure the smooth tyre changing.

LQTC-1110 is a fully automatic tire changer. It is set electricity,gas and hydraulic in one high-end configuration tire changer.There are dual-use tire pressing blocks for press tires and support tire.The right helper arm equipped with two dish wheels for up and down, it can automatically complete shoveling tire for above and below tire mouth. The upper dish wheel has a automatic raised mechanical devices, it can raise automatically when rising ti the upper point. The green button in the middle of the crossed hook head switch is sensing orientation button,pressing and holding this button,hook head will automatically stay on the tangentialpoints of tire pressing wheel,which is on the outer rim of the auxiliary,safe,reliable,harmess to the rim, the frame on the left side,can fit tire onto the clamping disc.

Q: Are you a factory?
A: LQ Machinery invested a factory with an area of 60,000 square meters, specializing in the production of various car lifts,tire changers and wheel balancers.

Q: How do you control your production quality?
A: We have an independent QC team. Our QC teams do sample inspection, part inspection during production and 100% final inspection before each shipment.
 
Q: May I know the Lead time?
A: Tire changer 1-5 pcs is in stock , it can arrange shippment within 7 days after receiving payment. Other machine is 15-30 days according to quantity.

Q: Can you provide the whole workshop automotive equipment?
A: Yes. we have 6 series contains nearly all automotive equipment.

Q: How long is the warranty?
A: 2 years against manufacturing defects as per LQ Machinery Limited warranty statement.

After Sales Service

1. Car lift:  2 years against manufacturing defects,5 years for frame structure.
2. Tyre changer& wheel balancer: 1  year against manufacturing defects.
3. Wheel alignment machine:1 year for whole machine and 3 years for cameras & target plates.
4. Other Equipment:1 year since customer receive machine.
